Pork belly: Soya

Onion Jus – celery, sulphites        Contains:  pork gelatine

Glazed Hispi Cabbage – dairy

Charred Onion

Smashed carrot and swede   -Dairy and sulphites

Masterstock- Soya

Method of Preparation

Keep the pork belly in the original bag & place in a saucepan of simmering water for 12 – 15 minutes. Carefully decant the meat from the bag. For best results mix Master stock from bag with Jus provided.

Cabbage & onion: Keep in sealed bag and place in pot of simmering water for 8 – 10 minutes.

Smashed Carrot and Swede, heat in a microwave for 1 minutes at 600w until hot.

For the master stock heat in a small pan until hot.
