Method of Preparation: preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the fondant for 12 minutes.

Custard: remove from the packaging , pour the custard into a microwavable container. microwave for 2 minutes at 600w or you can sere it cold.

Pour the custard over the fondant and enjoy with a spiced rhubarb compote.
