Corn Fed Chicken Supreme with Roast Potatoes, Cauliflower Cheese, Glazed Carrots, Broccoli & Onion Jus


Onion Jus – celery, sulphites        Contains:  pork gelatine

Yorkshire Pudding – gluten, dairy, eggs

Glazed carrots – sulphites

Cauliflower cheese – dairy, gluten, mustard


Method of Preparation: Preheat oven to 180C fan, std oven 200C, gas mark 6


Remove from bag, place on a baking tray & place in the oven for 9 minutes

Potatoes & Cauliflower cheese:

Remove lid & place in the oven for 12 – 15 mins

Yorkshire pudding

Warm in the oven for 3-4 minutes

Broccoli, Carrots:

Remove  lid from foil & heat in the oven for 8-10 mins,


Add to a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot.
