Fillet of sea bream, tenderstem, smoked new potatoes, cockle butter


Bream– fish

Tenderstem– No allergens

New potatoes- Dairy

Cockle Butter– Shellfish and dairy

Method of Preparation

for the Bream- pre-heat the oven to 180c. open the packet and place the fish on a baking tray and roast for 3 minutes.

For the vegetable and cockle butter: place them in a pot of  simmering water for 8-10 minutes until hot.

Be careful when opening the packets, as they will release a lot of steam!!
